These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy applies to and regulates the provisions of AMTRADE CONNECT App
provided by the “Company” to its Users. This document describes Our policies and procedures on the
collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy
rights and how the law protects You.
We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the
collection and use of information in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in
plural.

For the purposes of this document:

User refers to anyone with a unique account created for accessing our Service
or parts of our Service.

Username refers to the User identification code/name of a user registered in
AMTRADE CONNECT.

Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us"
or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Amtrade private limited, Kathmandu.

device by a website, containing the details of Your browsing history on that website among its many

Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or
a digital tablet.

Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of

Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or

through which a User can log in or create an account to use the Service.

OTPs (One-Time Passwords) refers to a unique and time-sensitive password used as
second layer of security.
Applicability of Terms
Rights and Obligations of the User
- The User shall create the AMTRADE CONNECT Username and Password. The User may change the password after
registration Approval. The User shall provide the correct mobile number and Bank details while creating
the username. The User shall be responsible for any misuse of information.
- The User shall ensure confidentiality of their User credentials. It is the user's responsibility to
maintain the confidentiality of their account information and to refrain from sharing such information
with others.
- The User agrees to use the service responsibly and refrain from activities that could compromise the
integrity, availability, or performance of the System.
- The User agrees to promptly report any suspected violations of these terms or security incidents to the
Company.
- The User agrees not to impersonate another individual or misrepresent their identity when using the
Service.
Rights and Obligations of the Company
- The Company shall not be binding for the registration request until all the requirements are provided by
the user.
- The Company has the right to verify the identity of users and request additional information or
documentation for verification purposes.
- The company has the right to suspend or deactivate a user account if there is any indication of
suspicious activity or if there are security concerns that warrant such action.
- The company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from the unauthorized sharing of passwords,
OTPs, or other account credentials by the user.
- The Company reserves the right to communicate with users via email, notifications within the Service, or
other means for providing updates, promotions, or important information related to the Service.
- The Company may collect, process, and use user data in accordance with the Privacy Policy for purposes
such as improving the Service, analytics, and marketing.
Collecting and Using Your Personal Data

registration process

correct, or delete any personal information that You have provided to Us.
